This was my favourite stage :)
Untill you catch up with the target, the road is pretty smooth, nothing much to look out for. Just make sure you don't fall off from the bridge.
Once the actions begins, stage 2 becomes a very dangerous level, everything will be fine, as long as you don't fall into the ocean. This is tipically where unexperienced players loose the game, this is a very dangerous place to use the turbo, as you might end up on the bottom of the ocean, the best strategy is to make every bazooka shot count, and be carefull when using the turbo boosts.

As usual the suspect has a buddy, there's a bastard throwing crates at you, attempting to slow you down. He doesn't appear on the arrest scene, so we must assume he also got killed during the pursuit (five bazooka shots at close range will do that to you)
