Description
According to Gin,
this is a special prototype version of the horizontal scrolling
helicopter shoot 'em up, Silkworm. The background
of the 1st level resembles the background of Silkworm very much,
but other than that, the gameplay is quite different. The player
controls a plane instead that has forward & reverse thrusters
so he can go forwards and backwards, which is why the game is
named Back Fire. The energy bar at the bottom energizes as the
player accelerates. The player also has a condition meter at
the top of the screen that shows the status of the plane he
controls (goes from green to red).
