Description
This is a shoot 'em
up where the player controls a hunter with a rifle who has 90
seconds to shoot as many animals as possible.
The player can move the hunter left, right, up, and down and can
angle the rifle to shoot diagonally up or down. There is a
barricade at the center of the screen that the animals can run
through but the bullets can not penetrate. The Taito version has
birds, lions, deer, and buffalo as the animals while the Gremlin
version has snakes, lions, boars, and vultures. The faster
animals give the player more points than the slower ones when
shot. When the score reaches 2000, 4000, 6000, and 8000,
animals start moving faster. The player has unlimited lives for
the 90 seconds but loses valuable time whenever he is hit by an
animal. If the player can get a score of at least 3000 before the
90 seconds are up, he will get extended time to shoot more
animals.

Emulation Status
Emulator: MAME
Playable: Yes
Sound: No
Note: Either samples need to be made or the discrete sound has to be accurately simulated for sound to work in this game. Also, this game uses an overlay/backdrop art that has not been added yet as an artwork file. The Taito version, which does have notable differences from the emulated Gremlin version, is not emulated as the roms have not been dumped. It may use different hardware.
