Most of the roms covered in this report were released by The Sardius Experience, the ones that I call "Reide-Kanze" are part of the pack dumped by T. Reide and Kanze, the ones that I call Loopy are part of a second pack of ROMs modified by Loopy. "Sardius" refers to miscelaneous roms dumped/released by The Sardius Experience. The Sardius Experience can be found at the following address: http://sardius.cjb.net/ (check the history of releases if you're looking for the original ROM's) Note that the best available (modified) ROM's are available on a dedicated section of The Sardius Experience.
The ROMs "VS. Balloon Fight", "VS. Battle City", "VS. Clu Clu Land", "VS. Mahjong" and "VS. Wrecking Crew" were dumped by Team Japump and released by Arcade ROM Heaven, some of them have not been converted to the iNES format, so they won't work on current NES emulators.
*VS. R.B.I. Baseball and VS. Castlevania (set 1), dumped by T. Reide and Kanze, require the VS Unisystem arcade bit to be enabled and Mapper information added into the ROM. Either get a ROM utility or read the documentation of both RockNES and FCE Ultra to do this yourself with a hex editor. VS. Castlevania uses mapper 2 ** Team Japump ROM's require conversion to the iNES format, so far I have only been able to convert "VS. Battle City" and "VS. Clu Clu Land".
